Jaden Garza founded Nomad Internet in 2017, leveraging his natural entrepreneurial talent, though he never expected to venture into the Internet services industry. His drive to serve underserved populations, particularly those without internet access in the United States, became the cornerstone of his mission.

Together with his wife, Jessica Garza, Jaden recognized the realities faced by people in rural areas and isolated towns. They committed to providing these communities with reliable internet connectivity, no matter the challenges.

So, how did it all begin? What were the intricacies, the hurdles, and the firsthand experiences? To uncover this journey, I sat down with Jaden Garza.

I asked Jaden, “What was it like to build an internet company from the ground up in such a competitive environment?”

Jaden responded, “It was incredibly challenging. The journey demanded immense effort, perseverance, and resilience through numerous setbacks and failures. But looking back now, I feel proud. I feel like a significant burden has been lifted off my shoulders. We achieved something meaningful and revolutionary.”

“Throughout this journey, I couldn’t be prouder of the people who supported me. My wife, Jessica — thank you from the bottom of my heart. My friends, my entire team, and my peers — thank you for making Nomad Internet a reality.”

“The quality that kept me going, even during the toughest times, was never giving up. That determination allowed me to build an internet services company from scratch in such a competitive market.”

When asked about his vision for Nomad Internet, Jaden shared, “My vision was simple — to connect those who are left out, those cut off from the rest of the world. Providing internet connectivity to everyone and bringing people to the center stage was my goal.”

“It wasn’t just about selling Wi-Fi modems; it was about giving people the opportunity to connect with their friends and family online. Nomad Internet is more than just Wi-Fi. It’s a lifeline for children in rural areas, people in remote villages, digital nomads traveling across the United States, and business owners in cities frustrated by frequent service interruptions.”

On his entrepreneurial journey, Jaden reflected, “My journey has been shaped by introspection and continuous learning. A pivotal moment was when I failed to secure significant funding from investors due to inadequate preparation. This taught me the importance of acquiring knowledge before taking decisive actions.”

“As I honed my skills and knowledge, I learned to adapt and pivot strategically. I recall a time when my competitors were gaining traction, posing a substantial threat to my company. Instead of feeling disheartened, I embraced the challenge, sought out overlooked opportunities, and leveraged untapped resources. That’s what made me a successful entrepreneur.”
